Well-designed and run internship program. Interns have lots of opportunities to meet with upper-level management, get involved with various parts of the company and even see some well-known artists perform. The only downside to this internship was the lack of pay - but it was well worth it.

I was left with alot of time with no work everyday i worked....most of the people were egotistical and thought they knew everything usuall giving interns an attitude

There are a lot of different departments in which you can intern at XM and I can't speak for any of those except for programming. Its a very fun environment with great people who are friendly and will readily help you if you just speak up. You meet tons of people and have the opportunity to get involved with all different channels and departments. XM really values people who are pro-active and are eager to help and learn. Attitude counts for a lot.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I worked for XMU one of XM's music channels, and I learned everything there is to know about how to program a channel. The best part of the internship is how much I was able to interact with people in all departments throughout XM. This really helped me pin-point specifically what type of work I want to pursue in my career. The program is incredibly structured and any problems I ever had were quickly fixed. Great internship all around!
