Since it's so small, you become a real part of the organization/team. The environment is very friendly and you get to experience everything that Endeavor does. I've had other internships, but none of them gave me the opportunity to do work that I felt mattered to the company. Whereas here, I feel like I'm treated almost the same as any employee, which is really cool.

Everyone here is very approachable and welcoming, so it wasn't an intimidating environment. I was able to get a very well-rounded idea of the organization, with experiences in each department working with almost everyone at the organization. I learned a lot about the organization and the field in which it works and enjoyed getting to know all the staff.

The people who work there are really great, young, and vibrant. They worked to make sure I was having a good experience and utilized my skills well. There was some grunt work involved but not a lot, and sometimes the full employees would have to do those kinds of things anyways (like answering phones, picking up food), so I didn't feel like the "lowly intern."
