The best aspects of the internship are its incredible team of hardworking, skilled individuals with varying areas of expertise. The internal public relations and corporate culture at SA is cohesive and inclusive. Interns are encouraged to join the SA team from the get-go, and are given a variety of tasks by their respective supervisors depending on the field.

Tasks performed included a lot of office work: mailing letters, FedExing, printing materials, creating binders, etc. Other tasks included auxiliary work for clients, such as helping to create PowerPoints, typing up presentation notes, clipping, etc; things which let me be privy to what was going on with the client and their project.

The office is very clean and "funky", as Joan Schneider designed it similar to an apartment, art-deco feel. There are cubicles as well as room offices, and everything is rather open and inviting.
