Terms of Service
Welcome to Internshipratings.com, an online service offered to enable high school and college students to rate and find internships more effectively (the “Internshipratings.com Service”). The Internshipratings.com service and network (collectively, "Internshipratings.com" or "the Service") are operated by Gigi Girls, Inc. and its corporate affiliates (collectively, "us", "we" or "the Company"). By accessing or using our web site at www.Internshipratings.com.com (together the "Site"), you (the "User") signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement"), whether or not you are a registered member of Internshipratings.com. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms of Use on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service or the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Service or the Site. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Site to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Use and to review such changes.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES AND OBLIGATIONS. THESE INCLUDE VARIOUS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS, AND A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE THAT GOVERNS HOW DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED.
Modifications
We reserve the right, at any time and from time to time, for any reason in our sole discretion, to change the terms of this Agreement. We will post or display notices of material changes on the Site and we may also e-mail you about these changes. Once we post them on the Site, these changes become effective immediately and if you use the Site after they become effective it will signify your agreement to be bound by the changes. You should check back frequently and review the terms and conditions of this Agreement regularly so you are aware of the most current rights and obligations that apply to you and the terms and conditions of your agreement with us.
Eligibility
Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. This Site is intended solely for users who are sixteen (16) years of age or older, and users of the Site under 18 who are currently in high school or college. Any registration by, use of or access to the Site by anyone under 16, or by anyone who is under 18 and not in high school or college, is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use. By using the Service or the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 16 or older and in high school or college, or else that you are 18 or older. Users may not have more than one active account. Additionally, users are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your Internshipratings.com account to another party. If you qualify, you must agree to and abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Registration Data; Account Security
In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site ("Registration Data"); (b) maintain the security of your password and identification; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to Company, to keep it accurate, current and complete; (d) be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account; and (e) You agree to immediately notify Internshipratings.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Internshipratings.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Proprietary Rights in Site Content; Limited License
All content on the Site and available through the Service, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, pictures, information and other files, and their selection and arrangement (the "Site Content"), are the proprietary property of the Company, its users or its licensors with all rights reserved. No Site Content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without the Company's prior written permission, except that the foregoing does not apply to your own User Content (as defined below) that you legally post on the Site. Provided that you are eligible for use of the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and the Site Content and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Site Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep all copyright or other proprietary notices intact. Except for your own User Content, you may not upload or republish Site Content on any Internet, Intranet or Extranet site or incorporate the information in any other database or compilation, and any other use of the Site Content is strictly prohibited. Such license is subject to these Terms of Use and does not include use of any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods. Any use of the Site or the Site Content other than as specifically authorized herein, without the prior written permission of Company, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted herein. Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws including without limitation copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms of Use shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise. This license is revocable at any time without notice and with or without cause.

Serial No. 77/292748 INTERNSHIPRATINGS.COM, INTERNSHIPRATINGS.NET, INTERNSHIPRATINGS.ORG, INTERNSHIPRATINGS.US, INTERNSHIPRATINGS.BIZ, INTERNSHIPRATINGS.MOBI, INTERNSHIPRATINGS.INFO, ISITWORTHTHECOFFEE.COM, INTERNSHIPJUDGE.BIZ, Serial No. 77/266083 INTERNSHIPJUDGE.COM, INTERNSHIPJUDGE.INFO, INTERNSHIPJUDGE.MOBI, INTERNSHIPJUDGE.US, “Is It Worth The Coffee” and other Company graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are registered trademarks, trademarks or trade dress of Company in the U.S. and/or other countries. Company's trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the Company.
Termination
You agree that Internshipratings.com may, with or without cause, immediately terminate your Internshipratings.com account and access to the Internshipratings.com Service without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, the following will lead to a termination by Internshipratings.com of a user’s use of the Internshipratings.com Service (a) breaches or violations of this User Agreement or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (d) unexpected technical issues or problems, and (e) extended periods of inactivity. Termination of your Internshipratings.com account includes removal of access to all offerings within the Internshipratings.com Service and may also bar you from further use of the Internshipratings.com Service. Furthermore, you agree that all terminations shall be made in Internshipratings.com’s sole discretion and that Internshipratings.com shall not be liable to you nor any third-party for any termination of your account or access to the Internshipratings.com Service.
User Conduct
You understand that except for advertising programs offered by us on the Site (e.g., Internshipratings.com Flyers, Internshipratings.com Marketplace), the Service and the Site are available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You represent, warrant and agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you on or through the Service will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.
In addition, you agree not to use the Service or the Site to:
Post content or initiate communications which are libelous, defamatory, indecent, vulgar or obscene, pornographic, sexually suggestive, racially, culturally, or ethnically offensive, harmful, harrassing, intimidating, hateful, objectionable, discriminatory, or abusive, or otherwise objectionable;
Affect us adversely on reflect negatively on us, the Site, our goodwill, name or reputation or cause duress, distress or discomfort to us or anyone else, or discourage any person, firm or enterprise from using all or any portion, features or functions of the Site, or from advertising, linking or becoming a supplier to us in connection with the Site;
Send or result in the transmission of junk e-mail, chain letters, duplicative or unsolicited messages, or so-called "spamming" and "phishing";
Be used for commercial or business purposes, including, without limitation, advertising, marketing or offering goods or services, whether or not for financial or any other form of compensation or through linking with any other website or webpages;
Transmit, distribute or upload programs or material that contain malicious code, such as viruses, timebombs, cancelbots, worms, trojan horses, spyware, or other potentially harmful programs or other material or information;
Upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any content or initiate communications which include information that you do not have the right to disclose or make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as insider information, or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).
Upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any content or communication that infringes upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights
Use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Service or the Site;
Register for more than one User account, register for a User account on behalf of an individual other than yourself, or register for a User account on behalf of a group identity;
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity;
Upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
Upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make publicly available on the Site any private information of any third party, including, without limitation, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers;
Intimidate, stalk or harass another;
Upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available content that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or international law;
Use or attempt to use another's account, service or system without authorization from the Company, or create a false identity on the Service or the Site.
Upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available content that, in the sole judgment of Company, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, or which may expose Company or its users to any harm or liability of any type.
Without limiting any of the foregoing, you also agree to abide by our Internshipratings.com Privacy Policy that provides further information regarding the authorized conduct of users on Internshipratings.com.
User Content Posted on the Site
You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles, messages, notes, text, information, music, video, advertisements, listings, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on or through the Service or the Site, or transmit to or share with other users (collectively the "User Content"). You may not post, transmit, or share User Content on the Site or Service that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. You understand and agree that the Company may, but is not obligated to, review the Site and may delete or remove (without notice) any Site Content or User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including without limitation User Content that in the sole judgment of the Company violates this Agreement, or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others. You are solely responsible at your sole cost and expense for creating backup copies and replacing any User Content you post or store on the Site or provide to the Company.
When you post User Content to the Site, you authorize and direct us to make such copies thereof as we deem necessary in order to facilitate the posting and storage of the User Content on the Site. By posting User Content to any part of the Site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such User Content for any purpose on or in connection with the Site or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. You may remove your User Content from the Site at any time. If you choose to remove your User Content, the license granted above will automatically expire, however you acknowledge that the Company may retain archived copies of your User Content.
International User
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all applicable local rules including but not limited to rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.
Marketing Services and Promotional Opportunities
The Site may provide its website users and viewers with the opportunity to register for special promotions, services, news, programming and information delivered via e-mail. Users are required to provide their consent to receive such information from the Site, either by registering on this Site or via their wireless device. Such services and promotional opportunities are provided by Affiliates. The information requested as part of the online registration process is a user's telephone number or a wireless email address, but only if specifically requested, and the carrier's name. Optional information may be requested for specific promotions, such as a user's preferences regarding goods or services, choices of music or artists, or other similar survey information. Depending on the promotion, we may also collect an Internet email address or other information and, depending on the information collected, the user may also be required to confirm his or her agreement to the Site's Agreement, including, without limitation, its Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Agreement. A user understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Site may, at its sole discretion and without liability to any user, terminate its offer of any specific marketing service or all marketing services at any time without advance notice. The Site may provide notice of terminations or changes in services on this Site.
Copyright Complaints
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we prohibit users from uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting on the Internshipratings.com website or service any materials that violate another party's intellectual property rights. When we receive proper Notification of Alleged Infringement of Copyrights, Trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others, we promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers as described herein in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable laws.. If you believe that any material on the Site infringes upon any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right which you own or control, you may send a written notification of such infringement to our Designated Agent.
User Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Internshipratings.com users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.
